Review The Palm Restaurant

Enjoy Celebrity Radio’s Review The Palm Restaurant…

The Palm at Caesars Palace Las Vegas is one of my favourite restaurants in Sin City.

With a exceptional service, a beautifully crafted menu and a delightful room – this place ticks all the boxes.

Located in the heart of Caesars Palace – this is the perfect pre/post show restaurant for Mariah, Elton, Rod or Celine.

This restaurant screams authentic Italian cuisine.

Firstly kudos to my server Isreal & also Oscar. Effortless & faultless. The best in business! Even in this amazing service town!

So, to the food….

Feature of the day – the combination platter with crab cakes (broiled), shrimp Bruno (with Dijon mustard) the finally the sensational scallop with bacon – totally fresh and served simply as all great food of this quality should be!

The mango salsa finishes off the dish perfectly!

What a dish…

Next came the Colossal Crab meat – with homebade cocktail sauce and horse radish this dish was sensational. So simple! Just let the ingredients shine.

The Palm shrimp cocktail is a classic. These aren’t prawns or shrimp – this is the very best langoustine on the market.

These dishes come with the “Atomic Horse Radish” which is twice the hotness of wasabi – ouch – not for me! A great aside though!

I wanted to celebrate The Palm Restaurants Salads.

The Caesar salad is the best in Vegas. So crisp, fresh and the fabulous dressing is made in-house daily.

You cannot visit an Italian restaurant without enjoy the buffalo mozerella. This is a great barometer of how seriously a restaurant takes it’s food.

The ‘Beefsteak Tomato Caprio’ was a delight. A meal in itself.

Finally, the Louis Gigi Delmeastro Salad with shrimp and green beans was a very light and perfectly designed salad dish.

And to the entree’s….

The Chilean Sea bass was the daily special. With shitake and domestic mushrooms, fresh tomato masala wine and basil this dish was just lovely. So rustic and authentic.

Chef also includes 3 jumbo shrimp with this dish. The sauce is utterly moreish, rich and delicious.

Next YOU HAVE TO TRY the Veal Parmigiano – it’s the house Special. It’s divine and served exactly as you dreamed it would be.

Finally, the 14oz fillet steak with bearnaise sauce was a delight. Serviced Oscar style with crab – this makes for an exceptional dinner.

For sides at The Palm – you will not be disappointed!

The 3 cheese au gratin is a sensation! With red potatos boiled and diced with cream, salt and pepper this is a dish in itself. With white cheddar, munster cheese & parmesan you leave your conscience at the door and just enjoy. Divine.

The homemade fries and onions is a signature dish that will blow your mind and is certainly big enough to share between four.

The Palm also offer asparagus deep fried – bread crumbs, lemon sauce & finished with parmesan cheese. Don’t ask…..

There is fresh Nova Scotia lobster flown in daily.

Offer 4lb, 5lb & 6lb options – this is a sensational indulgence…

DO NOT MISS DESSERT!

Dessert Menu The Palm Restaurant Review

The  New York Style Cheese Cake is not only homemade but a Palm classic. Served with raspberry sauce this is the epitome of an NYC Italian dessert.

Chocoholics with LOVE the 7 layer Chocolate Cake (with chocolate sauce) + seasonal berries is possibly the greatest thing on the entire menu – oy vey it’s good!

Finally those who don’t opt for Chocolate will adore the 7 layered carrot cake. What can I say – these chefs have a talent….a HUGE PORTION of talent!
