They’ve mastered the art of exceptional casual dining.With the average 2 course dinner costing between $30-$50, it’s great value for money.From Steaks, chicken, veal and fresh fish – there’s something for everyone. To begin I loved the Spicy Shrimp & Eggplant – it’s one of my favourite dishes EVER! I could easily eat that as my main meal. Delicious.I also love the BRIO calamari – again, a meal in itself.In Jan 2017 they’re offering a special of lobster tail & crab stuffed shrimp as an entrée – it was truly divine….Add in a side salad and added to the Brio bread – you’ll have an amazing & memorable dinner.For me BRIO is a ‘chain’ that I could return to once a week. They’ve mastered up-market but casual dining.The food is splendid, the service is excellent and the atmosphere is fun and welcoming.
