Nivea Singer (Birth name: Nivea B. Hamilton) was born in Savannah, Georgia, United States on March 24, 1982. Nivea used to sing in a church choir as a kid and admired Mariah Carey’s music. Nivea made his debut in 2000 when she appeared in Mystikal’s single “Danger” which generated buzz for Nivea in the music industry. She signed with Jive Records and debuted her solo song in 2001 called “Don’t Mess with the Radio” which ranked at number 90 in Hot 100 and number 85 in the R&B chart. Nivea then went on to release her solo album called “Nivea” in 2001 which was first released in Australia and Japan to focus on international audiences. Later on, the album was released in the United States and peaked at number 80 on the Billboard 200 chart and number 85 on the R&B chart.
