I was so excited to find out there is a world class Tapas restaurant @ Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas.
Jaleo by Chef Jose Andres is a fresh, modern, exciting & unique dining experience!
The Cosmopolitan is still the coolest and most happening casino on the Strip, this restaurant fits perfectly with the Cosmopolitan brand!
You’ll immediately be excited by the atmosphere, very cool dining room and exciting menu.
Chef Jose takes Tapas to twenty thirteen!
I highly recommend you start with the ‘Mejillones Al Vapor’ – these muscles are so original, tasty and moreish!
Just look at those appetizers! So fun and full of flavour!
Jaleo has America’s only paella station where the chefs create delights like ‘Paella Valenciana ‘rafael Vidal’. Here it is, the first picture….
The more food you order, the more impressed you will become. Every dish is a genuine surprise.
The lobster salad is totally unique & the ‘Huevo Frito Con Caviar’ (middle picture) is one of the most tasty and delightful dishes I’ve ever tasted. I want it again NOW!
You have to try the ‘Dátiles Con Tocino ‘como Hace Todo El Mundo’ – seriously decadent and divine!
Chef Jose’s presentation is totally creative and unique as you can see. This makes for great conversations during the meal!
