With four members originally – Mark Franks, Mike Crawshaw, Darren Everest and Timmy Matley – the band had been performing for several years. The band now features Lachie Chapman.
The Overtones are a five-piece vocal harmony group. They were discovered by a Warner Bros.
Mike & Darren:
Their debut album Good Ol’ Fashioned Love entered the UK Albums Chart at #16 in November 2010 later going to #4. They have sold in excess of 500,000 copies of their first album.
Fans were shocked in November 2016 to find out Timmy is currently fighting skin cancer and therefore unable to appear Live during the Christmas tour. He is however featured on the video screen.
