You cannot fail to be impressed by the atmosphere at Eiffel Tower Restaurant.

From the moment you check-in at the elevator to ascend this world class attraction, you’ll be amazed by the scale of the Eiffel Tower Las Vegas.

The Eiffel Tower at Paris Las Vegas is not as big as the original, however, it’s hugely impressive at an enormous 541 feet.

Eiffel Tower Restaurant is located about a third way up the tower and has the best views in Las Vegas overlooking the Bellagio Fountains which offer the most romantic and beautiful entertainment on the Strip.

To begin I couldn’t resist trying the seared foie gras with Alsatian spice cake and rhubarb compote. Just divine!

You cannot visit the Eiffel Tower Restaurant Las Vegas and not sample the gorgeous Blue cheese soufflé lined with micro greens…

For my entrée I just loved the Hallibut with smoked bacon, mushrooms & fava beans finished with purree. It looked so beautiful and tested so incredibly fresh. A joy of a dish!

The steaks at the Eiffel Tower Restaurant are some of the most perfect in Las Vegas.

Tonight I chose the Rossini Hudson valley foie gras finished off with black truffee femi-glaze .

Also, I cannot recommend highly enough the Champagne Passion Fruit Meringue.
